Values are disappearing, ethics are becoming extinct, humane approach is discarded and spiritual element is forgotten. What are we heading towards: chaos or betterment? The unprecedented developments in science and technology and economics have miserably failed in retrieving the lost peace of mind and mental equilibrium of human kind. Where lies the answer for these questions?

Yoga provides the answer for all these unanswered questions. Yoga is a unique system gifted to the human kind by the Seers and Sages of Santana Sharma, the Hinduism. Yoga promulgates that every human being is basically, spiritual and divine in nature. Yoga proclaims that consciously or unconsciously, each and every human being strives to become better. The whole process of Yoga transforms the Body, Mind, Intellect and Ego from their present condition to an elevated level where materialistic pursuits and spiritualistic pursuits complement each other. In a nutshell, Yoga is a way of life through which the humankind can achieve the highest success in all spheres of human life.
